CLAUSS Concept furniture is produced in İnegöl, Türkiye, a region with a long-established tradition of furniture craftsmanship and manufacturing. We combine this manufacturing expertise with a contemporary design approach to create pieces for modern interiors.

Materials vary depending on the design and may include solid wood, wood-based materials, metal, natural cane, upholstery fabrics and other carefully selected materials.

We make every effort to represent our products as accurately as possible. However, colours and textures may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting conditions and the natural characteristics of the material.

Natural materials such as wood may also show variations in grain, tone and texture. These variations are part of the material's individual character rather than a defect.

CLAUSS Concept orders are paid in two stages.

50% of the order total is paid via Western Union to confirm your order. Western Union receiver details and payment instructions are provided after your order has been placed.

The remaining 50% is paid in cash to our logistics partner at the time of delivery, before the product is handed over.

Example: For a €1,000 order, you pay €500 via Western Union to confirm your order and €500 in cash at delivery.

The price shown on our website is the total amount you pay. No additional shipping, customs clearance or import-related charges will be collected from you.

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email at the email address provided during checkout.

If you do not receive your confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@claussconcept.com.

We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once an order has entered preparation, production or shipment, changes may no longer be possible. Any statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights available under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

CLAUSS Concept delivers to selected European destinations. Available destinations are displayed during checkout.

Orders are typically delivered within business 7–14 days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, customs procedures and local delivery conditions. Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with the available delivery information.

Please inspect the packaging and product carefully upon delivery.

If you notice any visible damage, document the condition of the packaging and product with photographs and contact us as soon as possible at info@claussconcept.com.

Every CLAUSS Concept product is inspected and visually documented before shipment. Where transportation damage is verified, CLAUSS Concept will coordinate the claim with the logistics provider and assist you with the appropriate resolution.

Eligible consumers purchasing standard products online may exercise their statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Products made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where the applicable legal exception applies.

No. Unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law, the direct cost of returning a product is borne by the customer.

As furniture may require specialised transportation, please contact us before arranging a return independently.

Transportation damage, defective products and standard returns are assessed separately. Our team will review the information provided and assist you with the appropriate next steps.
